For samples, our QC will check it first,and then the salesman, our sales manager will check sample before we send it to you;for bulk orders, our QC team will make sure your orders perfect. And you can ask a Third Part Inspection to inspect the goods.

How to place an order

STEP 1: Please send inquiry to our customer service who follows up with your order.

STEP 2: Confirm the order details (design/art-work, material, price,quantity, size,color,logo,accessory etc).

STEP 3: Proforma invoice(PI) will send to you.

STEP 4: Please check and confirm the PI.

STEP 5: Start production after your payment.

STEP 6: Finish production and quality checking

STEP 7: Ship out goods and provide shipping invoice

STEP 8: Receive the goods

STEP 9: Give feedback (in order to improve our production and service)

Sample lead time 7-10 working days. Bulk lead time 45-60 days once receive the order.

If you have developed raw material or choose our regular fabric ,then the Bulk lead time can be shorten to 30-40 working days. If there is an emergency, we will arrange your order in advance
